Scorpion Fiend

Ready, set, GO!!! Racing our go karts through the streets somewhere in England we all sped off. There were no green shells or banana peels, but there were plenty of paths to reach the destination. The finish line was at an old abandoned house on the other side of town. We zipped around people and fountains, down staircases, through many intersections, never getting lost. Building after building, we laughed hysterically at how much fun it was. Finally the race came to a halt, and it didn’t even matter who won. All fell quiet for we had all set eyes on the place. It seemed as if it was sealed off long ago, but time hadn’t been so kind to the locks. One door was ajar just enough to force a space we could all squeeze through. Still no words were exchanged, just a mutual understanding of exploration. However as we wandered through the building we slowly drifted apart as our individual interests took over. Most of us ascended, while a straggler inspected the entirety of the floor he was on. Suddenly he came upon a door unlike the rest of the building. A giant metal door with huge hinges lock tightly with an electronic mechanism. A closer look revealed an eye scanner, which took it upon itself to scan his eye. Identity Confirmed, Locks Disabled. Curiosity peaked and he pulled the heavy door open slowly. An eerie mist started emitting from the crack, then a growl. Fear struck his heart, and then the door struck his body as it shot open. The rest of us upstairs heard a blood-curdling scream, and a similar fear hit us. One of us started back down the staircase to investigate, and was claimed by an alienesque arm. His scream too echoed throughout the building, both cut short abruptly. To the roof, NOW!!! We couldn’t turn back to face the monster. Adrenaline pumped us up the stairs like bullets. At the roof, there was a tree nearby. Had we not made the jump we had to evaluate death from a six story fall versus being murdered by some vicious creature. He made a leap of faith, but not nearly far enough. He died on impact. This left me alone to face the being alone. It emerged, and had a very parasitic form. It paused and spat out more parasites. Terrified, I realized it was the other two who had been caught. This was a fate most undesirable. I ran a big circle around it to get some momentum and bolted for the edge of the roof. Even if he couldn’t, maybe I could make it to the tree. But my effort was cut short by a swift stabbing pain in my chest. I looked down at myself, saw a poisonous claw protruding through me. I faded out painfully. When I came to, I was someone else, somewhere else, as if reincarnated. I was on another roof, witnessing a standoff between two men, heavily cloaked. Guns bared, the first shot was fired, followed by a flurry of bullets. Amazingly, it seemed as though every single bullet reflected off of one another. Then they both pulled out even bigger guns and repeated the same storm of metal. However, the man closer to me started advancing his adversary, and he was forced to back up towards the edge. Then a misplaced foot tripped him and he began falling. All bullets stopped, and the victor rushed over. Out of nowhere, a long stinger shot out from behind him and stuck the man in the chest. Sharp claws ripped through his skin and he pierced the man’s arms. This form, it was so shocking, and yet so familiar. Why couldn’t I put a finger on it? He spoke to his enemy who was suspended by his insect-like appendages. He offered to let him live if he committed to being his servant for the rest of his life. If not he would let his venom flow and he would be dead long before his corpse hit the ground. The man agreed. Frozen in shock that had snowballed throughout the entire confrontation, they looked at me. The insect man spoke to me, “AH you’ve finally come to. We are done here.” Who was he? Who was I?? He revealed his identity as the Scorpion Fiend, the leader of the Insect Parasite Rebellion against the pure humans. And apparently I was his son. I felt my body all over searching for random appendages like the ones I saw come out of the fiend. He laughed and explained that I had retained all human form from my mother, who had passed away years ago, killed by fellow humans. We needed to return home, for the next day was a very important one. After dinner, he told me to rest well, for the next day was then end of the purity of the human race. “Tomorrow will go down in history known as… The INFECTION.”

You are a machine!! They should call you Chris Walters The Machine!!!!

I know of a soul who calls me such a name. He isn’t human either!! He is beyond.

Through Hell

Upon returning to my home, I realized it was no longer the humble abode it used to be, but a mansion! Somehow without knowing the transformation had occurred, I still knew it was my home. Walking in the front door something immediately struck me funny. It was perfectly clean, quiet, lonely. Where were my siblings? Calling out to my guardian who had raised me throughout childhood, I found her sitting in the den. She was quite sullen, which is when the feeling something funny turned into feeling something was horribly wrong. I gently approached inquiring as to the whereabouts of the others. She had made a horrible mistake. She wished more than anything that she could live in luxury, and that she would give anything. Little did she know the Devil took this opportunity and gave her what she wanted without consent of what to give. The Devil had taken the children. There was nothing she could have done. But perhaps I had a chance to rescue them. So I believed I could, promised her I would, and set forth to do so. My intent alone opened a gate to the spirit world. However, once inside it closed behind me and I regretted it immediately. I was promptly met by gruesome fiends. The terrifying feeling that i was hopeless against what was inside Hell washed over me, and all I could do was use the adrenaline to run. Through palaces and pathways filled with evil I traveled risking my life constantly just from being there. Torrential flames, billowing darkness, and dull lightning dominated the atmosphere. It was unlike any description anybody has ever given before. The only way to put it into human words was “True Fear.” Somehow, time yielded the location of my sister and brothers. They were standing upright, but seemed completely lifeless. Once I reached them, the Devil emerged from a shadow behind them. Though Hell may have been described by any human words, this being and the form he took could not be. The most dastardly smirk cracked openon his face, and he muttered under his breath, “Go ahead, take them, it’s no use anyway.” Supremely bewildered, I did not hesitate to take up the offer. My touch set them back in motion as we huddled together and bolted for the way I came in. Unfortunately, it seemed we reached a dead end filled with a horde of evils. Then out of nowhere a flash of light engulfed us and we reappeared in our den! Sweet relief. The children rushed to the open arms of our guardian. Once there, they turned back at with with scared looks. But what was wrong? I just rescued them! She had then spoke uf supposed ulterior motives that she believed I had taken up, and was going to use the children to see it through. The children believed it too. But I simply couldnt, these accusations were bizzare, and unreal. I would never do such things, but they were convinced. Then I remembered what the Devil had said, knew that this was his doing, and realized there was nothing I could do. I was kicked out. After all I had been through for her, I was gone just like that. I had risked my being in the face of demons, aliens, monsters, murderous fiends, the Devil. How could they have done this to me? I risked literally everything. My state of mind sunk deeply into a dark place from which there was no return, and I accidentally wandered back into the gate of Hell. Once there I took up a pillar of flame and planted myself on my knees in the middle of it to burn for the rest of eternity, which dulled in comparison to the feeling of being permanently shut out by the ones I loved. And forever the Devil watched me, pleased with himself, as I burned gloriously in flame.

The Purge

It was yet another sunny day. Everyone was enjoying the good weather. A large group of my friends and I were playing backyard sports. One of us threw the ball up pretty high, I looked into the air to follow it, and I noticed something. In the middle of the blue sky, fairly close to the horizon, a plane had been plummetting straight out of said sky. Everybody in the vicinity stopped dead after it was pointed out. Watching in pure awe, we all witnessed it crash into the ground far off, and instantly disintegrate into a plume of flame followed by a mushroom cloud. As soon as the destruction had died down, sheer panic exploded. Nobody knew where to run, but they did anyway, in all directions. Somebody close by had told me and a couple others to get inside. We ducked into the nearest house possible, only to discover two old men staring at a strange picture framed on the wall. It was mostly red, and had two main white figures facing each other, with a couple various symbols that we couldn’t recognize. Calmly, the two residents began to explain that this had been foretold, and that it was only the beginning. The beginning of the end. It was all part of a prophecy. My friends and I were bewildered. It wasn’t even 2012 yet, as most skepticism dictated the end of the world would be. They then said that those myths were just that, myths. The truth was that the end of the world was to unravel earlier than that. This was The Purge. The end result was that all human life was to be eradicated, with no afterlife for a single person to look forward to. A true end. Oblivion. At this point the overpowering disbelief had caused us to leave without so much as a farewell. Instead we took shelter at the neighboring house. The family welcomed us instantly and invited us into the living room to watch the news. As it turned out that plane wasn’t the only one that was demolished. That one and four others had supposedly been hijacked, with no explanation. The rescue teams found no bodies in tact nor a black box amongst the wreckage. Our hearts sunk even further, and we began to believe. How could this be? Where could we go? Was there anything that we could do to redeem ourselves, or even survive? We barged right back in on the old men for questioning. We asked them the very same questions we were pondering moments before, only to learn that there was no safe place, nothing to do, no redemption, no survival. It just was. Then, without warning the two old men layed back and seemed to fall asleep. They would not respond to our beckoning. They had no pulse. Willingly, they let go of their life force peacefully. Still completely lost, we fled. Searching for the most sturdy structures we came across a newly built hotel that was renound for its stability. However, as soon as we arrived, the earth began to split open and emit a ghostly gas into the atmosphere. Those exposed to it suffocated within seconds. It was a close call but we managed to turn right around and escape. With destruction erupting around us chasing us in our peripherals, we looked to the horizon in hopes of safety. The sun hadn’t set yet, but something was wrong. Looking directly at the sun, we could tell something was horribly wrong. The sun had never set, and yet, out of nowhere, it turned its back on us. The sun no longer shone upon us, all was lost. There was nothing. Absolute nothingness.

Fright Night (Personal Dream Version)

Business was slowing to a halt that night. Customers were clearing out and were hardly were coming in. I stepped out of the diner and onto the hilled street to survey the heavens. They were menacing. Rolls of dark grey clouds had filled the sky as far as the eye could see in a short amount of time. As soon as the last customer exited, the owner told me I could head out early, and that the other waiters would clean up because I had worked the hardest. On my way home, I took another look at the sky. I was almost certain that the clouds turned darker and had even lowered closer to the earth, but I doubted it and shrugged it off. By the time I arrived at my home set far back from the road shrouded in trees, the sun had practically disappeared beyond the horizon (as if it was visible through the weather anyway). Logging onto my computer, I noticed a video of the climate elsewhere was fair and sunny, so I figured it was across the country. Little did I know that this was live footage of the next town over. Hardly paying attention to my surroundings, I began sifting through my friends Facebook pages. All the lights turned out in my house, and I was still oblivious. The darkness outside was deep and overwhelming. Browsing someone’s profile pictures one by one, I was utterly unaware of the sliding glass door diagonally behind me to the right creeped open and closed, allowing the entrance of two figures. There was a man and a woman. He was a vampire, and she was his accomplice. Peering over their shoulders, they made sure I was completely preoccupied with the computer as they slunk to the back left corner of the room. With a strike of lightning outside as a cover, he struck her neck with his fangs and infected her. Now it was her turn to do his bidding tonight. He stood looming in the back as she approached her target, me. Still absorbed in social networking, I paid no mind to anything. She managed to sneak a couple inches away from my body undetected, hovering over my shoulder, waiting for the right moment to attack. Another lightning bolt lit up the oblivion, and revealed her gruesome appearance for a split second even though I wasn’t looking. Her hair was long, faded, and frayed. Her eyes were large, bloodshot to hell, and blazing with rage in color. Her face was long, mostly due to her suddenly immense jaws which opened with hunger, gaping wide. Her teeth were almost half a foot long each, sharper than diamonds, tainted in color, thin as needles, and countless in number. Her body was slightly decayed, and her hands became claws, which she raised in preparation. She was ready to finish me in an instant, while I was updating my status, disguised as music lyrics from a song I had recently listened to. Then finally, with a white FLASH of electricity, simultaneously she sunk her claws into my shoulders to hold me still and her teeth into my neck. Frozen with shock, I was already damaged past any hope, and she still had her deathly grasp on me. I was dying painfully, and hopelessly. Sheer despair washed over me, there was nothing I could do. With each terrifying gnaw on my flesh, more lightning bolts struck, as if each bite caused each bolt. I couldnt even let out so much as a sound as the slaughter continued. My flesh was being ripped apart like tissues in a jet turbine. Her eyes lit up even more with the satisfaction of shredding a human’s body with the greatest ease. Biting, shredding, ripping, tearing, gnawing, feasting, consuming, killing, slaughtering, unendingly. The master was pleased by his minions effective murder, and smirked as the life drained from the corpse, or what was left of it.

Dr. Potato Head

As I gained consciousness, I realized I was in a near-full body cast. It was as if to keep me detained, not to help keep still. I was in a medical center of sorts, and I could tell by the familiar smell of all the antisceptics and sanitizers. A nurse started wheeling me into the next room after the receptionist told me that the doctor would see me. He introduced himself to me, and began to explain the procedure to me that I was about to endure. He tried to ease my nerves by telling me that the surgery was supposed to eliminate the risk of any infections for the rest of my life. I did actually feel a little better about the surgery, until Kelsey (a coworker of mine) burst through the next room screaming bloody murder. I noticed there was something strange with her eye. She exclaimed at me that they were gonna suck my own eye out with a big metal straw, that it was gonna hurt really friggen bad, and replace it with a spherical piece of potato. In sheer shock, I looked back at the doctor. He couldn’t contain himself anymore as he let a cruel and sinister look smear across his face. I freaked out, burst out of the cast, and sprinted straight for the door. Bounding down the steps four at a time, I searched desperately for the administration office. When I came across it moments later, I slammed the door open only to find several men lounging around just watching television. I alerted them of the conspiracy occurring within their building, but nobody spoke a word. I stared at them for a moment, then saw one of them have that same evil look come across their face. I realized that they were all in on it, and were probably trying to stall a little before the villains could catch back up to me. In another surge of adrenaline I ran for my life again down the rest of the stairs and out the door. When I reached the street I looked back and noticed a couple motorcycles in the garage. They appealed to me greatly. I decided that I needed to come back later and steal them to get even with the villains for what they did to Kelsey and all the other patients (somehow in the dream, those were equivalent wrongings). To be sure I lost the villains, I ducked behind several houses, hopping fences, sparing only a mere apology for trespassing their property. Later that day I went back by myself and took the beat up bobber motorcycle because the keys were luckily in the ignition. It could barely run, but I rode it back home. Upon my arrival I knew I was going to need some help on the sporty Ducati crotch rocket motorcycle. It was hanging up on the wall and I knew the keys already were hidden. Walking through the paved lot of a nearby park with a group of friends, I discussed my plans with them. Nobody really said anything about my ideas, until Donnie spoke out against me. He told me it was a horrible idea because, even though I wasn’t the real criminal at hand, I would be the one who went to jail if I went through this. Thoroughly discouraged, I thought of that Ducati once more and realized that I didn’t like crotch rockets anyway.

Doom Hounds

For whatever reason, I was arrested and thrown into jail. However, this was no normal prison. It was located far away in a desolate, flat land that never saw the light of day. Lightning bolts struck frequently. Security was said to have been top notch. Though unconventional, the guards were comprised of dogs from hell, aka doom hounds. They were many, and patrolled back and forth very similar to the royal guards in The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time in the castle gardens. Also like the aforementioned guards, they had blind spots, but when they saw you, you weren’t just put back in your cell. These dogs were trained to chase you down and rip you to shreds. They were so fearsome that the warden decided to not even bother with locks on the holding cells. I gathered up the courage and bolted out into the corridors ducking corners, sprinting for my life now and then. I gained a new sense of hope when I realized each doom hound had its own range of patrol, and once you got past that area it would resume its post and leave the task to the next doom hound. I was able to avoid some heavily guarded halls by crawling through openings in the ceiling. Finally, I was able to escape the terrifying, yet flawed, doom hounds. At the end of my journey home, I reunited with my family. They had turned the house into a semi-fine dining restaurant. They obviously gave me a job immediately. But as I was working that night, I looked out the window and saw a creature off in the distance. It was a doom hound! One of them had gone berserk, left its assigned post, and chased me all the way back to my home. Instantly I informed everyone of the horror that was even a singular canine of Satan. We scrambled to lock all the doors and windows. I ran down into the basement which turned into a basement of an establishment where I used to be employed in real life. All went quiet, until minutes later I heard a loud bang in the hot water heater. There was a small window bolted to it so as to peer inside, which is what I did. From the bright yellow glow of heat inside, I saw it. Somehow the doom hound outside got inside through the hot water heater. It saw me and began bashing with great force against the window. True fear washed over me as I stepped back, watching the window weaken. Its rusted bolts popping out one by one, I knew my end was inevitable. Then with the final loud BANG against the window, I woke up.

Dirty Business

Me and a handful of Hollywood actors were hired by an anonymous group to eradicate a large number of people at a high school. We were to go undercover, take classes, make friends, blend in, and when the time was right, strike. I took swimming in gym. Nobody suspected us, despite the fact that Brad Pitt, Ben Stiller, and various others were fully grown adults. Then came the time, we got on top of the fake model boat in the main lobby in between passing, and began throwing countless amounts of grenades. Suddenly everyone cleared out and made way for a homeless man with a shopping cart. Something was hidden beneath. We were intimidated, so I threw out a small grenade at him. As the explosive flew threw the air, he unveiled his stash, which comprised of one strange combo-bomb. The grenade went off, the homeless man was unharmed, and the combo-bomb’s explosion sequence had begun. We saw it and tried to sprint out of there. I was at the tail of the group. The combo-bomb had a contained yet growing field of explosions, until the containment field burst and let forth an exponentially larger wave of flame and shrapnel. All of my teammates had made it out alive, but bringing up the rear, I was just barely caught in the chaos. Right after being incinerated, I awoke.

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?

I was two and i tried to stuff an entire donut in my mouth, but i couldnt chew it so i tried to hide behind the fridge. All of the adults were laughing at me.

Chocolate Sandwiches

Last night i had a dream that while working at dunkin donuts, everyone went crazy for the new chocolate breakfast sandwiches. They were practically leaping over the counter for them! We had never been this busy ever. Then one customer literally screamed at me and I woke.
